iOS 17: How to enable FaceTime Reactions

So iOS 17 came out recently and one of the more interesting features seems to be the FaceTime Reactions. Those were added as a way to further create interaction on video calls.

However, there is a big misunderstanding right now in the community. These FaceTime Reactions only work on iPhone 12 and above so no reactions for those below that which is an interesting choice in my opinion.

These reactions consist of fireworks when you double thumbs-up, rain when you double thumbs-down, and many more that I will let you discover later.

In order to activate these reactions, go to the Action Center whilst on call and press on the green camera shown in this picture.

Lastly, you will see a button with the label “Reactions” on it. If is not white, press it to enable and now you can play around with the reactions.
